Data Source & Methodology

Current gold reference rates are fetched server-side from the GoldRateInPakistan.org rates feed. The site requests revalidation every five minutes and displays the source update time and reported market status when available.

Daily historical 24K per-tola records are read from the provider’s history CSV feed. Rate tables, gram values, and tool estimates are calculated from the returned reference values using the displayed unit conventions.

If a data request is unavailable, the homepage can show labeled fallback reference values. These are not presented as city-specific prices or verified local jeweller quotes. Local market prices may differ.
